YGLA opens a second factory and doubles manufacturing capacity
Responding to growing demand for high-quality, certified air filters, YGLA has opened a new factory. The expansion marks a significant investment in the company’s ability to meet customers’ growing filtration needs.
A larger manufacturing base for continued growth
The second factory doubles manufacturing capacity and gives YGLA the flexibility to handle greater order volumes, support existing customers as their requirements grow and also supply new projects. For customers and partners, this means working with a manufacturer that can meet their needs over the long term.
The expansion extends beyond additional production space, bringing together a new automated product line and expanded laboratory testing. These capabilities allow YGLA to increase output while strengthening product quality and performance, and introducing new filtration solutions.
Space for a new automated line
As part of this investment, YGLA is introducing a fully automated manufacturing line for its new Energy-saving sideband filter.
The filter combines a rigid fiberplast frame, controlled pleat spacing and two open media edges. These features keep the media stable and make effective use of its filtration area, supporting low pressure drop.
The sideband filter complements YGLA’s established Energy-saving pocket and V-type filters, giving customers an additional option to expand product range, reduce energy consumption and meet company's sustainability goals.

Testing capacity grows alongside production
The expansion also increases YGLA’s laboratory testing capacity, supporting pocket, V-type, EPA, HEPA and ULPA filters tested in our laboratory. This strengthens the work behind consistent product quality: checking incoming materials, assessing finished filters and evaluating improvements to filter design and performance.

A full range for HVAC and custom filtration
YGLA offers a full range of air filtration products for building ventilation and industrial facilities. The portfolio includes pocket filters, compact filters, V-type filters, panel filters, EPA, HEPA, ULPA and activated carbon filters. For air handling unit manufacturers, HVAC contractors and distribution partners, this breadth provides one source for regular replacement requirements and project-specific filtration specifications.
The range combines energy-saving designs and standard filters with a choice of filter media, frame materials and dimensions. Pocket filters cover a broad range of ventilation requirements; V-type designs accommodate high airflow, while Minipleat compact filters provide a large filtration area where installation space is restricted. Activated carbon filters address odours and gaseous contaminants, complementing the particulate filtration portfolio.
Eurovent-certified pocket, compact and V-type filter ranges provide certified data on filtration efficiency, pressure drop and energy performance. Filtration efficiency is tested and classified according to ISO 16890, which evaluates a filter’s ability to capture airborne particulate matter in the PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 size fractions. Together with Eurovent energy ratings, this provides a consistent basis for comparing products and selecting filters against indoor air quality requirements, design airflow and sustainability targets.
For healthcare, pharmaceutical manufacturing and other applications with strict air cleanliness requirements, YGLA manufactures EPA, HEPA and ULPA filters tested according to EN 1822 and ISO 29463. Custom dimensions and frame options support integration into the specified equipment and installation.
